Would you like the opportunity to participate in audits that make a meaningful impact to how the Group supports our customers at key moments in their life? Group Audit and Conduct Investigations (GA&CI) has an exciting opportunity for you to join as an Audit Analyst, specialising in Insurance, Pensions & Investments (IP&I).

About this opportunity

As an Audit Analyst you’ll support the delivery of high-quality audits. You’ll apply your knowledge of audit methodology to evaluate and test the design and operation of key controls. You would become a proactive team member, with a growth mindset and will collaborate with other colleagues from across the GA&CI function on integrated audits.

Day to day, you will

  • Support control testing and identify areas of concern, articulating the potential challenge.

  • Help deliver the audit plan and add valuable insights to the business to support them in achieving the right outcomes for customers.

  • Develop an understanding of the areas of the business that you are auditing using your existing knowledge of the Insurance, Pensions and Investments industry.

  • Actively role model the Group values and behaviours.

  • Proactively own and drive your career development opportunities.

  • Create a positive learning culture, coach and support less experienced members of the audit team.  Provide timely and effective feedback to support their development.

And any experience of these would be really useful:
