The Automation Tools Program Manager is at the helm of this group with responsibilities for Automation Tool portfolio management, build developer pipeline, lean & standards implementation, new product evaluation, initial/release planning, overall tool metric ownership, and strategy. As we move into our next phases, incorporating AI capabilities into the management, architecture, programming, and usability of the Automation Tools portfolio will be essential for delivering value to the business and ensuring the suite of tools continuously improves. Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversees governance, planning, prioritization, and execution of automation tool programs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Leads continuous improvement initiatives and manage tool roadmaps to maximize application usage, capability, and strategic transformation.
- Monitors software usage, calculates ROI, and informs of lifecycle strategies for automation tools to optimize operational efficiency.
- Maintains and develops KPIs to track performance against customer expectations and business objectives for automation tools.
- Facilitates effective communication, training, and documentation to ensure user adoption and awareness of platform benefits and changes.
- Collaborates cross-functionally with related tool owners, IT, engineering teams, and others globally to enable integration, simplification, and alignment of business processes.
- Applies OpenNX, C#, VB, or other coding language know-how to innovate, build, and enhance solutions supporting Model-Based Definitions. [on-boarding period expected if experience lacking]
- Takes on assignments beyond position scope, as requested or required.
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience in Engineering/Technology & Engineering Tools, preferably in a Technical Leader or equivalent Senior Engineering role.
- Bachelor's degree, Master's degree preferred, in engineering from an accredited university or college or equivalent knowledge and experience.

For U.S. based candidates only, for purposes of complying with U.S. pay transparency requirements, The base pay range for this position is $111,200.00 - $185,400.00 USD per year.
The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for a 15% variable performance bonus.
*The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
