About the location:

Located on the coastline of Kalo Livadi Bay, Four Seasons Resort Mykonos, will offer 94 spacious rooms, villas, and suites with exquisite views of the Aegean Sea. The brand-new build will take shape on an unspoiled 60,000 square meters of land, spanning from the sandy beaches to the picturesque coastal cliffs. To honor the culture and heritage of the destination, the Resort will be built in the Cycladic style that is synonymous with Mykonos, featuring white cubic architecture with bright spots of blue. The hotel will redefine luxury hospitality on the island. The Resort will offer an exciting variety of restaurants and bars, such as an al-fresco pool-side Italian venue, an authentic Mykonian Kafeneio, a contemporary steak house, and a vibrant beach club. In year 2, this will be supplemented with a Marina.

The Role of Engineering Coordinator:

We currently have an opportunity for the Engineering Coordinator (Seasonal role) to join our Four Seasons Resort Mykonos opening team in Greece!

Reporting to the Director of Engineering, the Engineering Coordinator provides essential administrative and operational support to the Engineering Department.

This role ensures that all documentation, purchasing, scheduling, and reporting processes are executed accurately and efficiently, enabling the technical team to focus on maintaining the resort’s world-class standards of comfort, safety, and sustainability.

The coordinator serves as the central point of contact between Engineering, Procurement, Finance, and other departments, while assisting in ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) reporting and compliance initiatives.

Our Ideal Engineering Coordinator candidate will have:

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Engineering Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. Experience in luxury hotel, resort, or facility management will be an asset.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and ideally CMMS or property management systems.
  • Experience with procurement systems (e.g., Birchstreet, Adaco, SAP) preferred.
  • Good understanding of technical terminology and basic engineering concepts.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills across departments.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Greek is an advantage.
  • Professional demeanour aligned with luxury hospitality standards.
  • Discretion, reliability, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
