Renmoney is seeking a dedicated and analytical Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) professional to focus on our Card Business. In this role, you will leverage your financial expertise to support strategic initiatives, optimize financial performance, and ensure the growth of our card offerings.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain financial models specific to the Card Business, including forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses.
  • Conduct in-depth profitability analyses of card products to guide strategic pricing and marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Operations, and Technology, to ensure alignment on financial objectives.
  • Prepare and present financial reports and insights to senior management to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor performance, and market developments to identify growth opportunities and risks.
  • Support ad-hoc financial analyses and projects that drive business value and inform strategic planning.
  • Financial support - revenue simulation, case assessment, performance tracking (portfolio and vintage profitability)

Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning and modelling within the banking, fintech, or card services industry
  • 3-5 years of experience in card modeling
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required; a master’s degree or relevant certification (CFA, CPA, etc.) is preferred
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, etc.)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly to stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment
