About the Role
We’re looking for a Frontend Engineer who’s passionate about building clean, intuitive, and scalable web experiences. You’ll work as part of a collaborative team of engineers, designers, and product managers, contributing to the design and implementation of new features across Clari’s web applications.
This is a great opportunity for someone who has a solid foundation in modern frontend development, enjoys solving real user problems, and wants to grow in a fast-paced environment where quality, design, and impact matter.
This is a fully remote opportunity and can be worked from any location in Poland. Candidates must be based in Poland and be able to travel to the office in Kraków as needed.
Responsibilities
- Build performant, accessible, and user-friendly React-based applications
- Contribute to Clari’s shared component library and design system to ensure consistency across products
- Collaborate closely with product designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver high-quality features
- Write clean, maintainable code with attention to testing, documentation, and performance
- Participate in code reviews and team discussions to continuously improve engineering practices
- Take ownership of projects and continuously refine engineering practices and workflows
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience building modern web applications with React and TypeScript
- Strong understanding of React fundamentals, including hooks, state management, and composition
- Proficiency with HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles
- Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest or Mocha
- Familiarity with version control (Git) and modern build tools (Webpack, Vite, or similar)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute to a high-performing engineering culture
- Experience with Storybook, GraphQL, or observability tools (Sentry, Datadog, etc.) is a plus
