We are actively looking for an Insurance Advisor to join our growing New Business Team at Highworth Insurance. This is a great opportunity to join a highly successful arm of the business and develop your experience and career within High-net-worth and Non-Standard Insurance. You will be responsible driving new clients and working closely with introducers and Directors to achieve objectives.
 

About you:

  • You will have experience developing and building relationships within the Insurance sector.

  • You must have a passion for excellent customer service and winning new clients.

  • You will have experience in negotiating terms and premiums with insurers

  • You will be tenacious and have a business curiosity, as this will allow you to identify and explore opportunities to drive the best possible outcome

  • You are willing to learn, as every day will be different

  • You are consultative, have the ability to question effectively and will be an active listener, you will take the time to fully understand client requirements and be able to advise on products and solutions – thinking about client needs and referring identified opportunities
