The role in a nutshell

This is an entry-level to junior position. We value your potential and personal qualities just as much as — if not more than — your prior experience. You’ll work closely with our Finance team and get exposure to everything finance, from expense claims to audits. What matters most is your drive to learn, an ownership mindset, the ability to juggle multiple projects at once, and an ambition to grow. Our Finance team is a key partner in driving growth, ensuring smooth operations, and keeping our numbers sharp. You’ll have the chance to build a career in finance while learning every aspect of how a SaaS business runs behind the scenes.

Our Ideal Candidate Profile

We’re not looking for previous experience — we’re looking for the right mindset. You’ll thrive in this role if you are:

  • Ambitious – you want to grow, learn, and take on more responsibility over time.
  • Ownership-driven – you don’t wait to be told what to do, you take initiative.
  • Flexible – you’re comfortable with variety and can adapt quickly.
  • Curious – you want to understand how finance powers the business, and you’re constantly looking for ways to do things better.
  • Detail-oriented – you care about accuracy and getting things right.
  • Highly organized –you have a structured approach to managing workload and are able to maintain orderly records, keep files up to date, and present work in a clear, structured manner.
What’s in it for you
  • A hands-on introduction to the finance function in a fast-paced SaaS company.
  • Practical exposure to accounts payable, accounts receivable, expense management, and audits.
  • Skills in Excel and modern accounting tools.
  • Experience collaborating with auditors and cross-functional teams.
  • A clear path to grow into more advanced roles in finance and accounting as you progress.
Key Responsibilities
  • Own data entry, bookkeeping, and accounts payable (vendor invoices), ensuring accurate recording of financial transactions in our accounting software.
  • Process internal procurement requests and expense claims in a timely manner.
  • Assist with accounts receivable, including customer invoicing and collections.
  • Perform bank reconciliations.
  • Help prepare documentation to support our annual external audit.
  • Assist with the preparation of simple financial reports and summaries for management.
  • Work cross-functionally with other teams to gather information, resolve discrepancies, and keep processes running smoothly.
  • Take on ad-hoc administrative and finance tasks as needed.

Requirements
  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (recent graduates welcome).
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Good working knowledge of Excel (formulas, pivot tables a plus).
  • Strong communication skills – able to work with colleagues across teams and external partners.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
  • Eagerness to learn new systems, tools, and processes.
  • Previous experience in finance or accounting work is a plus, but not required. We have a world-class team in place that will train and support you.

Benefits
  • A tech-passionate team with a friendly culture and an international breed.
  • Remote-first & hybrid work.
  • Flexible working hours.
  • Work-from-anywhere scheme.
  • Learning & development budget.
  • State-of-the-art workspaces for on-site collaboration.
