The Role
As a Junior Inside Sales Account Manager, you will provide customers with product specifications, quotations, and technical advice, while negotiating and closing sales deals. You'll identify sales leads in CRM and work closely with Customer Care teams and other sales colleagues. There may be some face-to-face customer visits after a training period.

What you can look forward to in this Role:

We will enable and empower you to

  • Provide customers with specifications, quotations as well as product advise including advanced technical knowledge.
  • Use all given company tools to provide excellent quality of service to the customers.
  • Negotiate & close deals and performing outbound sales.
  • Answer most advanced technical questions / requests from customers.
  • Identify and communicate sales leads in CRM.
  • Use of CRM - AX-Dynamics / D365.
  • Establish and form trustful relationships with existing and new customers in order to create sustainable business.
  • Work closely with our Customer Care teams, Key Account Managers and Inside Sales Account Managers.
  • After a decent training period and experience we expect that you can visit our Marine customers face to face.
  • Estimate is approx. 10 % of your time you will be outside meeting customers.

What does it take to become our new team member?

  • Academic degree in engineering, administration or commercial is appreciated.
  • Previous experience working as a Sales/Customer Care Representative would be valuable.
  • Well-rounded skills of Microsoft Office package. CRM valuable but not required.
  • Organized and capable of meeting deadlines.
  • Flexible, adaptable attitude, self-motivated.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in English & Greek language (both written and oral communication)
