TubeScience is looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Motion Graphics Designer to join our team. As a Senior Motion Graphics Designer, you will work across a wide variety of projects to craft the visual language of our ads across social media platforms. You will be a strong and innovative designer able to create high-quality work and build out ideas through a range of mediums with an emphasis on both motion and graphic design. As a member of the Post-Production department, you will be working hands-on and collaboratively with teams to shape projects as they transition into production. You will conceive, create, and execute new ideas, and continuously be willing to expand your skill set.

Responsibilities:
  • Create visual content for social media platforms to engage consumers, attract new audiences, and increase online traffic
  • Design unique graphic styles for multiple projects and clients
  • Work closely with Post and Strategy Leads to ensure all creative is aligned with digital advertising performance best practices
  • Conceptualize and develop the visual language of a project from design to production
  • Produce Creative Cloud graphics and templates for use in Adobe Premiere
  • Pay close attention to details such as a client Brand & Legal guidelines
  • Research and implement new techniques aligned with industry standards and trends
  • Create and maintain organized project files and adhere to file management systems
  • Be open to feedback, changes, and rapid prototyping

Required Skills And Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in Motion Design or related field
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and 3D software
  • Expert in 2D and 3D animation techniques
  • Strong visual design, typography, and image editing skills
  • Experience with the Creative Cloud Libraries system and creating Motion Graphics Templates
  • Good understanding of JavaScript for use in After Effects
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and industry design techniques to attract, inform, and engage consumers
  • Knowledge of video production and rendering processes
  • Creative problem-solving and adaptability
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Impressive portfolio demonstrating diverse styles and projects
