Receptionist
Contract: Full time, Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Shifts: Monday to Friday 08.30am to 17.00pm with one hour unpaid break
Salary: £23,673 per annum
Location: Glasgow, G2
Williams Lea are looking for a Receptionist to join our team in Glasgow!
The Job:
Reporting into the office Manager you will provide administrative service to all visitors and ongoing support to the firm’s staff.

Welcome visitors with a high standard of customer service, signing in guests and issuing access cards with prior authorisation

Collection and opening of all post, include any special and recorded post

Managing onsite car parking for clients and visitors

Liaising with the Office Services team for training materials and printing needs for seminars to ensure a prompt start for training events

Ensuring that the post deadlines are kept to

The Experience:

Previous receptionist experience is essential
-
Experience working within a corporate environment is desirable

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
