Role Profile:

Can you bring innovative solutions from various disciplines to enhance profitability, effectiveness, and humanity for our clients' businesses? Unispace is seeking a dynamic Site Manager to join our team in the office fit-out sector.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Ensure on-time project delivery while exceeding client satisfaction.
  • Oversee day-to-day field operations to maintain construction progress and quality.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to keep project schedules up to date.
  • Manage relationships with sub-contractors, ensuring a fair, safe, and clean work environment.
  • Oversee snagging lists to ensure timely project completion.

About You:

With 5-10 years of experience as a Site Manager, the ideal candidate brings a proven ability to lead and manage diverse teams of sub-contractors, particularly within the commercial interior fit-out sector. They demonstrate proficiency in relevant computer applications and show a strong commitment to delivering exceptional client satisfaction. A natural motivational team builder, they are detail-oriented, possess quick problem-solving skills, and approach tasks with initiative and accountability.
