Global law firm Clyde & Co is relocating its office in Edinburgh, moving from Albany House to Saltire Court in the Exchange District neighborhood, according to reporting by Edinburgh News. The firm focuses on the commerce sector, helping business clients address the global risk landscape.

The firm will lease its new office space in Saltire Court for a decade and is expected to move in later this year. The building is characterized by architectural features including a colonnade, circular tower and an entrance that spans five stories and offers a view of Edinburgh Castle. The interior was refurbished in 2019 to incorporate communal areas, open meeting spaces and collaborative workspaces.

Additional amenities include a tenant engagement platform and community program to engage the building’s occupants through in-house events, alongside two on-site restaurants. The office is also situated in a hub that makes it easily accessible via public transit.
