LearnPro Group, a London-based company offering VR and e-learning solutions, recently acquired Infographics UK, an enterprise software manufacturer headquartered in Edinburgh. The acquisition adds Infographics’ products to LearnPro’s suite of offerings, enabling it to better serve the emergency services and critical infrastructure sectors.

Infographics develops solutions for legal, regulatory and emergency services businesses to manage risk, reduce costs and increase efficiency. Its offerings provide accurate real-time data in the form of visual infographics, allowing organizations to react to challenges before they become problems, according to the company.

LearnPro builds solutions to help public sector institutions train and manage first responders and healthcare professionals. Its software tools, learnPro, pdrPro and XVR, provide services including learning management, authoring, competency reporting and virtual reality simulation training.

“The addition of Infographics to LearnPro Group allows us to offer a broader ecosystem of management tools to the global emergency services and critical infrastructure market, while addressing emerging needs around risk prevention,” Costi Karayannis, CEO of LearnPro Group, said in a statement. “The acquisition will expand our product ecosystem to include HR, resource planning, asset management, availability, learning management, competency management and virtual reality simulation.”

Following its acquisition of Infographics, LearnPro will integrate the company’s FireWatch, FloSuite and Prevent + Protect products. FireWatch is a fire service management solution, Prevent + Protect offers a CRM in addition to case and task management software, while FloSuite encompasses case and business process management tools.
