Position Overview: 

We're currently looking for a driven Account Executive (Director of Strategic Accounts) to join our team.   In this role, you'll be responsible for winning and growing business for OfferFit by owning new and existing senior customer relationships. 

In particular, you will:

  • Take full ownership of pipeline development by actively prospecting and generating opportunities through outbound efforts, leveraging a dedicated BDR partner, and executing strategic outreach to engage and convert high-value enterprise accounts.
  • Work closely with our business development & marketing teams to create leads
  • Lead discussions with potential new OfferFit customers
  • Work with current and future OfferFit customers to determine the highest-impact applications of our AI-solution
  • Participate in OfferFit POV motion to ensure they progress successfully, working closely with OfferFit’s technical Implementation team 
  • Build & own relationships with senior leaders at OfferFit’s customer companies (e.g., CMOs, CIOs)
  • Communicate customer needs to OfferFit’s product & marketing teams, ensuring a customer-centric product roadmap

Additional Requirements:

  • Up to 10-15% travel for company-wide quarterly gatherings, team offsite workshops, customer meetings, and industry-related events
