Job Title: Account Executive
Location: London, UK
Engagement Type: Independent Contractor
Start Date: Immediate

Overview

PRIMA is expanding into the London market, focusing on building a robust affiliate marketplace to drive demand for premium restaurants and experience reservations. The primary goal is to create strategic partnerships with demand channels such as hotels, high-end residencies and condos, social and member clubs, corporations, and other entities that can funnel high-value customers to PRIMA's platform. Restaurant acquisition is secondary and limited to a predefined list of targeted venues.

We are seeking sales talent to support this expansion by leveraging existing networks to onboard affiliates and close deals. Below are detailed job specifications for the role.

About the Role

As an Account Executive, you will own the end-to-end sales process to grow PRIMA’s affiliate network. This role involves both outbound prospecting and inbound lead management, with the goal of building and expanding strategic partnerships across multiple channels. Affiliates may include hotels, residences, social and member clubs, corporations, and other organizations that can funnel high-value customers to PRIMA’s platform.

You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, managing the full sales cycle from outreach to closing, and cultivating lasting partner relationships. While experience in hospitality or hospitality technology is helpful, it is not required. A proven ability to meet and exceed quota in a sales environment is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Prospecting: Identify, qualify, and reach out to potential affiliates across hospitality, corporate, and lifestyle segments (e.g., boutique hotels, local condos, social clubs).
  • Inbound Lead Conversion: Manage inbound leads promptly and effectively, converting them into active affiliate partners.
  • Full-Cycle Sales Ownership: Drive the entire sales process, including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, closing, and onboarding. Build and maintain strong partnerships with affiliates to maximize retention and growth.
  • Quota Achievement: Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Market Insights: Gather feedback from affiliates to inform PRIMA’s product, strategy, and partner experience.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate tracking of leads, deals, and forecasts within CRM tools.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Experience: 2–5 years in sales or business development, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota. Experience in hospitality or hospitality technology is a plus but not required.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities; comfortable owning a full sales cycle. Proficiency with sales tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms.
  • Attributes: Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and results-driven; thrives in an independent contractor capacity with minimal oversight. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Other: Must be based in or willing to relocate to London; valid work authorization in the UK required.

Compensation

  • Structure: Commission-based with uncapped earning potential.
  • Details: Competitive performance-driven structure (specific terms to be outlined during the interview process).
