Location 

While our company operates exclusively on a remote basis, you must reside and have the legal right to work in one of the following countries: the United Kingdom, Latvia, Spain, Germany, Denmark, Poland, Portugal, or Ireland.

This is a full-time, remote position. We do not offer B2B or contractor arrangements.


About

We are looking for a talented and experienced Account Manager to join our team. This team focuses on growing our relationships with existing clients and driving revenue growth through upselling, expansion and cross-selling. As a key member of the team, you will collaborate with the Customer Success and Solutions Architect teams to help clients fully maximize the value of our solutions.

Together, we will strengthen customer satisfaction and loyalty, contributing to the continued success and growth of both our clients and Lokalise.


You Will 

  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with strategic customers and key stakeholders across EMEA, ensuring their satisfaction and success.
  • Drive Business Growth: Identify new business opportunities, generate expansion strategies, and lead negotiations for long-term contracts with a focus on achieving and surpassing sales quotas.
  • Customer Development: Monitor and support customer progress towards their goals, identify opportunities for expansion, and proactively address any potential risks to strengthen cooperation.
  • Consultative Sales Approach: Provide strategic advice to customers, challenging them to improve their internal processes and achieve better outcomes, ensuring they derive maximum value from our solutions.
  • Product Expertise: Develop an in-depth understanding of Lokalise’s product offerings and effectively align this knowledge with customer business goals, demonstrating clear return on investment (ROI).
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Customer Success, Product, Finance, and Legal, to ensure customers receive comprehensive support and maximize their use of Lokalise’s solutions. You will report to a Senior Sales Manager in EMEA.
  • Escalation Management: Act as the primary contact for resolving any relationship or commercial issues that arise, ensuring quick and effective solutions.
  • CRM Management & Reporting: Utilize CRM and other tools to manage your account activities, track performance, and prepare accurate forecasts for renewals and expansion goals.

You Must Have 

  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years in quota-based account management, particularly in B2B sales of complex SaaS products.
  • Proven Success: A demonstrated track record of building and nurturing multi-level customer relationships with measurable success in achieving sales targets.
  • C-Level Selling: Ability to engage and influence C-level executives, driving strategic conversations and aligning solutions with their business objectives.
  • Drive business growth: Strong skills in identifying new business opportunities, with proven experience in contract negotiations and navigating complex legal discussions.
  • Organizational & Time Management Skills: Excellent ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and work collaboratively within a team environment.

It will be considered a significant advantage if you bring:

  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with the technical aspects of SaaS products, enabling you to better align solutions with customer needs.
  • Localization Expertise: Proven experience selling localization software solutions. Skilled in addressing the complexities of integration, automation, and multilingual content management.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in both German and English, with strong communication and writing skills in both languages.
  • Experience in Selling to Enterprise segment: Prior experience working with or selling to large enterprises (over 700 employees) in the DACH region.
