About the Role: 

The Account Manager is an integral part of our sales team, responsible for executing market sales plans and managing key accounts within a designated international market and business channel. This role will drive account performance, customer engagement, and brand execution. The AM will own the delivery of targets and KPIs, and act as a liaison between regional strategy and in-market execution.

Key Responsibilities

Plan Execution

  • Support the Director in developing the sales plan for the market and channel 
  • Own execution of the sales plan to deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs 
  • Monitor account-level performance and support adjustments based on insights, opportunities and identified risks 
  • Deliver monthly reporting on sales, promotional activities, and market trends 

Account Management

  • Build and manage strategic customer relationships and execute joint business plans
  • Manage business plan execution, including but not limited to launching new products, delivery of product marketing and training support, meeting customer deadlines, managing customer orders, and supporting forecasting
  • Lead regular business reviews with customers and provide account updates, promotional activities, and market trends 
  • Ensure timely communication of pricing, orders, credits, and sales support 
  • Visit customers regularly within the market to ensure Olaplex standards and objectives are achieved, and to assess and execute key opportunities to maximize sales and profitability

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Marketing and Education to localize and execute global toolkits and training initiatives 
  • Collaborate with Operations, Planning, and Customer Service to support forecasting and flawless execution 
  • Act as the internal voice of the customer and market within the international organization 
About You:  
  • 5+ years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in beauty, FMCG, or luxury 
  • Track record of achieving sales targets and managing complex customer relationships 
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to work across multiple stakeholders 
  • Proficiency with sales tools, dashboards, and Excel 
  • Ability to travel 30% of the time
  • Fluent in English and key market-specific languages
