We have an exciting opportunity to join us as Account Manager (Projects) in the United Kingdom.
Responsibilities
- Take charge of the management of customers and prospects of the customer portfolio for which he is responsible
- Is responsible for the commercial development and the margins of the activity on all the markets present in his area
- Develop our Activities in the Thermal Segment following the Sales Strategy of the Area
- Manage a client portfolio
- Plan your commercial actions and manage your priorities, in accordance with the strategy defined with your manager. Use of Commercial Excellence tools
- Ensure the development of turnover and market shares through regular visits to customers and prospects in the area
- Ensure the development of new products in the range
- Ensure the development of commercial proposals with a complete full-service package
- Identify the needs of customers to propose offers as close as possible to their expectations
- Ensure the transmission of information essential to the understanding of customers and / or suppliers on the different Calderys markets
- Ensure regular reporting of its activities through CRM tools
- Be guarantor of the average payment time (DSO) for his area
- Handle the connection and relationship between clients and other company services (Projects Service, customer service, ...)
Requirements
- Experience in B2B environments and knowledge of key Calderys sectors: installation business, incineration, petrochemical,cement and boiler industries ,
- Comfortable working in an industrial environment
- Fluent in English, both technical and commercial
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Organized, rigorous, and autonomous in daily work
- Ability to work effectively with both commercial and technical teams
- Ability to provide regular, reliable, and relevant reporting to management
- Proficient in standard IT tools (Excel, Word, web-based tools, CRM systems)
- Willingness to travel regularly on a weekly basis
