About you:
You enjoy building long‑term relationships and being the person clients trust to get things done. You like understanding how a business works, spotting where things could be better, and offering practical solutions that make a real difference. You’re comfortable taking ownership of your work, you stay positive when things get challenging, and you take pride in doing the right thing for clients and colleagues. At Access, you’ll use your communication skills and curiosity to help customers get the most value from our solutions.
Day‑to‑day, you will:
• Build strong, trusted relationships with your accounts by understanding their goals and challenges.
• Identify opportunities to grow accounts by matching customer needs with the right Access solutions.
• Work closely with internal teams to make sure customers get a smooth, reliable service.
• Communicate clearly and confidently with stakeholders at different levels of an organisation.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
• Experience in a business‑to‑business sales or target‑driven account management role.
• Experience working in field sales or managing accounts in person.
• Experience selling Human Capital Management (HCM) or similar software solutions.
• Strong organisation and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
