We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account Manager to support our client operations. This role is not focused on sales, but rather on relationship management, compliance coordination, and internal process optimisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate the KYB/KYC process for assigned clients, ensuring timely completion and full compliance with regulatory requirements

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients during onboarding and throughout the lifecycle

  • Conduct monthly account reconciliations with clients, resolving discrepancies in collaboration with internal teams

  • Coordinate with the Data and Product teams to gather and communicate client-facing reports and insights

  • Track and follow up on outstanding invoices, ensuring the timely collection of payments

  • Support ongoing process optimisation efforts across KYB, invoicing, and client reporting workflows and CRM implementation

Requirements:

  • Solid understanding of KYB/KYC regulatory requirements

  • Experience working with contracts, invoices, and CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)

  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with attention to detail

  • Ability to coordinate across departments (Compliance, Product, Finance, Data)

  • Proactive, client-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach

  • Experience in fintech, legal, compliance, or back-office operations is a plus

  • English fluency is required
