InterSystems UKI is looking for an energetic, performance-driven Account Manager to upsell and identify new opportunities for its healthcare solution portfolio; TrakCare, HealthShare and Iris for Health technology for data management in Scotland. The candidate will have a strong track record in complex, enterprise account management, able to demonstrate success in strategic oversight and nurturing relationships within large, multifaceted organisations with multiple stakeholders, business units and evolving needs.
Intersystems have a national contract with NHS Scotland and its Health Boards for TrakCare the national Patient Management Systems (PMS) and for InterSystems Ensemble/Health Connect integration platform. The successful candidate would work alongside an existing Account Manager with each managing a number of Health Boards.
The Account Manager will be tasked with building a deep understanding of their customer base, structure and long term goals to deliver tailored solutions, ensure alignment across both internal and external stakeholders to drive sustained growth and raise customer satisfaction. In addition, the Account Manager will be tasked with developing relationships with potential solution partners and system integrators in Scotland.
What you will do
- The primary goal is to drive up customer satisfaction by supporting existing customers and building sustainable customer relationships
- Focus on both new and existing end-user customers for opportunities, primarily in hospitals, healthcare networks across a number of Health Boards, to upsell healthcare solution portfolio; TrakCare, HealthShare and Iris for Health technology for data management in Scotland.
- You will work with sales support, product, implementation and technical teams to meet customer requirements, resolve customers technical and contractual issues as they arise
- Develop effective prospecting strategies for approaching new customers and collaborate with solution partners and system integrators
- Travel to potential customers across Scotland, expected to be up to 50% travel
What you will bring
- You will already have a network in the healthcare industry and proven success as a salesperson / account manager
- Experience and confidence approaching healthcare organizations at C-level
- Ideally experience selling clinical application software to healthcare end users
- You will be ambitious, structured and independent
- A natural team player, working with your team presenting products to decision makers
- Technical curiosity and enthusiasm to keep up with new trends
