About you:
You enjoy building relationships that last and seeing them turn into real results. You’re comfortable working with partners at different levels, from day‑to‑day contacts through to senior leaders, and you know how to keep everyone aligned around a shared goal. You like having ownership, you’re commercially minded, and you’re at your best when you can bring structure to something and help it grow. At Access, you’ll have the space to shape how our partner ecosystem works and the support to make it successful.
Day to day, you will:
• Build and grow strong relationships with referral partners, resellers and strategic partners across HR, Payroll and Recruitment solutions.
• Create and run a clear partner programme, including enablement, incentives and ways of working that make it easy for partners to succeed.
• Work closely with partners and our sales teams to generate qualified opportunities and support deals through to close.
• Share insight from partners with marketing, product and sales teams to help improve how we go to market.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
• Experience in partner management, channel sales or business development within software or technology.
• Confidence influencing complex sales cycles and working with multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management systems, such as Salesforce, to track opportunities and forecast accurately.
• Exposure to HR, Payroll or recruitment technology, or working with partner ecosystems in these markets.
