Job Responsibilities:
This role entails but is not limited to:-
  • Responsible for providing HR support and guidance with regards to all areas of Employee Relations
  • Providing confidential ad hoc advice to employees and being a point of contact for employee's issues and concerns
  • Providing advice and guidance on employee engagement involving communication strategies, suggestion schemes etc
  • Managing and maintaining contracts, personnel files and other employee information
  • Act as the CCUK Data Protection lead, assisting the HR Manager in ensuring the business is GDPR compliant
  • Ensure that policies, procedures and processes are adhered to as per company standards and government legislation
  • Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures
  • Assisting on the full 360 Recruitment and on-boarding process for the business, ensuring the PSL is in line with the business needs and company standards
  • Assisting to ensure that the resourcing plan is adhered to and identify changes as per business requirements
  • Support the management of the Apprentices with the allocated Line Managers, Coaches and Apprentices
  • Assist in generating and continually improving all HR processes and templates.
  • Work with the HR Manager on Learning and Development initiatives, identifying training gaps and sourcing training requirements as per Line Managers requirements
  • Generate KPIs as per project requirements, track performance against KPIs and offer improvement suggestions
  • Deliver / Support Magna training as and when required.
  • Cover for team members as and when required
  • Stand in for the HR Manager when required
  • Raise POs on SAP for approval and sign off
  • Support the HR Team and Leadership Team with any other project and admin related duties
  • Promote the companies HSE policies across the department and plant
  • Any other reasonable duties as assigned by the HR Manager that are not defined in this job description
  • CIPD Level 5 minimum requirement
