The Affiliate Performance Analyst role sits within the Affiliate & Performance Partnerships team. Our goal is to increase the number of travellers that visit Skyscanner from a diverse range of affiliate partner websites via our Travel API integrations and affiliate traffic referrals to Skyscanner.

As our team partners with the Affiliate Account Managers more extensively, we are looking for an individual to join the Enablement function of the Affiliate team who will be responsible for the core foundational infrastructure of our channel, while supporting the team and our partners through the analytical elements of our team’s day-to-day to grow and nurture our partnerships globally.

Core Responsibilities

  • Monitor partner activities - You will own all performance and fraud assessments and monitoring of all our partners to support our Account Managers optimise and manage partnerships
  • Performance reporting - Manage and execute channel weekly reporting to keep us on track with our performance goals and identify trends as the master of interpreting data into actionable insights
  • Building dashboards - You will be responsible for building and maintaining performance dashboards, bringing together multiple data sources to enable the team to track and understand key performance metrics
  • Analysis - Support the team by investigating performance spikes and intricate data problems
  • Process improvement - Continuously explore innovative ways to automate, simplify and streamline processes to improve efficiency
  • Collaboration - Partner with our Affiliate Managers and other internal stakeholders in ProdEng and Business Analyst, as well as external stakeholders to achieve business goals.


Required Skills / Experience

  • Analytical - You are a strong analytical individual. You are a problem-solver, and you wouldn’t mind getting your hands dirty to get to the bottom of things
  • Detail-oriented - You are detail-oriented and think critically to identify the missing pieces of the puzzle that everyone else misses
  • Partner with the business - You have relevant experience in tech and highly analytical environment, but you also have a creative marketer’s hat on when it comes to speaking with Account Managers and our partners to understand their needs
  • Tools - You'll require SQL / Tableau (or similar tool) expertise - experience with platforms such as Impact Radius, Partnerize and Branch is a plus
  • Traveller / Partner first mentality - You are user and partner-centric, and can put yourself in their shoes to understand problems and needs to help solve them
  • Communication - Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with key stakeholders
  • Proactive - You are a self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • adaptable - You are comfortable with constant change in a fast-paced environment, and always love a challenge
