We're looking for an AI Creative with a sharp copywriting instinct and a genuine passion for the crypto and Web3 space. This is a role for someone who can cut through the complexity of blockchain products, DeFi protocols, and digital assets, and turn them into clear, compelling copy that actually converts.

You'll sit at the intersection of creativity and technology, using AI tools to accelerate and enhance your output, but always leading with craft. Your words will shape how our audience understands and connects with what we build: from long-form editorial and product narratives to punchy social captions and campaign lines.

This isn't a role for someone who hides behind jargon or leans on AI to do the thinking. It's for a creative person who knows their audience, understands the product, and uses every tool available to produce work that's faster, smarter, and better.

Responsibilities:
  • Write high-quality copy across formats, from long-form articles, product explainers, and whitepapers to short-form ads, social posts, email campaigns, and landing page headlines.
  • Translate complex crypto and Web3 concepts (tokenomics, staking, DeFi, NFTs, and beyond) into clear, engaging language that resonates with both crypto-native audiences and newcomers.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels, adapting tone and register for different contexts and platforms.
  • Use AI tools (specifically Claude as business LLM with MCPs and agents built in) to increase content output and quality - while ensuring all copy meets a high human editorial standard before publication.
  • Collaborate closely with product, design, and marketing teams to craft narratives that support launches, campaigns, and growth initiatives.
  • Research and stay ahead of trends in the crypto/Web3 space, ensuring content is timely, accurate, and culturally relevant.
  • Support creative concepting for campaigns - contributing ideas, messaging frameworks, and copy directions that go beyond execution.
  • Review and edit copy produced by AI tools or other team members, applying a consistent editorial lens.
  • Occasionally contribute to image and visual creative briefs, with a working understanding of AI image generation tools.

Requirements

Copywriting & Editorial

  • Demonstrable experience as a copywriter, content strategist, or creative with a strong portfolio spanning both long and short-form work.
  • Exceptional writing skills, clear, purposeful, and adaptable across tone and format.
  • An instinct for structure and storytelling: you know how to build a narrative arc and when to strip it back to a single, punchy line.
  • Strong editing skills; you can self-edit ruthlessly and improve the work of others without losing their voice.

Crypto & Web3 Knowledge

  • Solid understanding of the crypto and Web3 ecosystem. You can speak fluently about Bitcoin, DeFi, NFTs, tokenomics, and the broader crypto landscape.
  • Experience writing about or working within Web3 products or companies, whether at an exchange, protocol, wallet, infrastructure provider, or agency.
  • An ability to empathise with both technical and non-technical audiences, and calibrate copy accordingly.
  • Awareness of the regulatory and reputational sensitivities in the crypto space, and how to write compliantly without losing impact.

AI Tools & Workflows

  • Hands-on experience using AI writing tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) as part of a professional creative workflow — not just casual use.
  • Strong prompt engineering skills: you know how to brief an AI effectively and get consistently high-quality outputs.
  • A clear editorial framework for knowing when AI-generated content is good enough to use, when it needs significant reworking, and when to start from scratch.
  • Familiarity with AI image generation tools is a plus, but not a primary requirement.
  • Curiosity about emerging AI creative tools and a willingness to test, iterate, and share what works.
