AI Engineer - Business Automation (all genders) | Job Level: Intermediate | Greece (Working from Home) | Full Time (40h/week) | Salary: €26.700 - €32.700

Your Impact

As an AI Engineer - Business Automation (all genders) within our Data Team, you contribute to turning AI into eduki's competitive advantage by building systems that automate manual work and help every department work more intelligently. Here are the key tasks and responsibilities that you will be taking on:

  • Business Automation: You will build and maintain AI pipelines, from automating SEO content for large page volumes to implementing RAG-based systems for internal documentation and decision workflows.
  • Intelligent Systems Integration: You will implement LLM-based solutions (Prompt Engineering, RAG, Agentic workflows) and integrate them with our internal tools, including our CRM/CMS, Notion, and Data Warehouse.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: You work closely with Marketing, IT, and Product teams to support AI initiatives, help document reusable patterns, and share best practices across the organization.
  • Operational Awareness & Security: You follow established guardrails for data protection and access management, and contribute to optimizing token efficiency and latency as our AI systems grow.
  • Product Team Support: You support our Product team in building the foundation for AI-powered features like intelligent search, personalization, and dynamic pricing.
Your Skills and Expertise

We are searching for a pragmatic, curious AI Engineer - Business Automation (all genders) who is excited to learn fast, validate hypotheses with early MVPs, and contribute to scaling our automation capabilities. Furthermore, you should check the following boxes:

  • You have hands-on experience building RAG systems, including working knowledge of vector databases, retrieval strategies, and prompt engineering.
  • You have practical experience with AI agents and LLMs (commercial and/or open-source), and are familiar with common patterns for orchestrating and guarding their outputs.
  • You have built AI solutions that go beyond simple API calls and deliver real value in a business context – at prototype or early production stage, with real users or a real use case behind them.
  • You communicate clearly and can explain AI concepts to non-technical colleagues, supporting teams like Marketing, Product, and IT with pragmatic solutions.
  • You have taken AI projects from idea to a working prototype or early production stage, backed by a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or equivalent practical experience.
  • You have hands-on experience with at least one AI automation or workflow orchestration platform – such as n8n, Make.com, or Langdock
  • You are a proactive problem solver who spots inefficiencies and takes initiative to address them – without waiting to be told what to do.
  • You are fluent in English and comfortable collaborating in an international environment, as our team and documentation are English-first.
