Responsibilities- Design and implement AI models that improve customer experience and automate IT and HR support tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into the existing platforms and services.
- Conduct experiments to validate model performance and iterate on design based on testing results.
- Stay current with advancements in AI and machine learning technologies, continuously improving AI systems.
- Document methodologies, experiments, and outcomes for knowledge sharing and transparency within the team.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or related fields.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python and tools such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Proficient in LLM frameworks such as GPT-4o and LLama 3.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, frameworks, and libraries.
- Experience with AI model deployment and optimization techniques.
- Experience with NLP concepts
- Proven problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
