We are seeking a talented and motivated AI/ML & Data Engineer to support the development of secure, scalable machine learning pipelines and data management systems for decision support and autonomous operations in defense and homeland security domains.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end machine learning pipelines
- Manage data ingestion, processing, cleaning, and annotation workflows
- Support integration of third-party annotation and labeling tools
- Automate experiment tracking and model versioning with appropriate tools
- Ensure compliance with defense-grade data protection standards
- Work with backend and AI teams to deploy models at scale (cloud/edge)
- Monitor data quality, pipeline health, and performance metrics
- Contribute to continuous model validation, system testing, and iterative enhancement
- Participate in project documentation, code reviews, and technical reporting
- Bachelor / Master Degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related fields
- Proven experience of 4+ years in AI/ML development and data engineering
- Familiarity with data lifecycle management and security protocols
- Fluency in English is required
- Experience in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, MLflow, DVC
- NoSQL/SQL databases, Kafka, Docker, RESTful APIs
- Experience with data labeling tools, data governance, and large dataset handling
