Join CLARIO as a GenAI Platform Engineer and help build innovative AI-powered solutions that are transforming the biopharmaceutical and healthcare industries. As a key member of our GenAI team, you will play a critical role in designing, building, and maintaining the robust cloud infrastructure and platforms that power our agentic and multi-modal AI systems. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies in a collaborative, mission-driven environment. 

What You’ll Be Doing 

  • Design, implement, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure, primarily in AWS (Azure is a bonus). 

  • Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform to ensure repeatable and reliable deployments. 

  • Build, optimize, and maintain Kubernetes clusters for container orchestration and management of AI workloads. 

  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines, preferably with GitLab CI/CD, to support rapid and reliable software delivery. 

  • Collaborate with AI engineers, software developers, scientists, and product managers to deliver high-quality, production-ready AI solutions. 

  • Implement and follow best practices for cloud security, monitoring, and cost optimization. 

  • Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues efficiently to ensure high system availability and performance. 

  • Develop automation scripts (e.g., Bash, Python) to streamline operational tasks and improve platform reliability. 

  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle: design, implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring. 

  • Stay up to date with advancements in generative AI, agentic systems, cloud engineering, and DevOps practices. 

  • Contribute to team discussions, code reviews, and knowledge sharing to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement. 

  • Produce clear documentation to support team collaboration and operational excellence. 

What We’re Looking For 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field . 

  • 2+ years of experience in platform engineering, DevOps, or cloud infrastructure roles (experience in AI/ML environments is a plus). 

  • Strong hands-on expertise with AWS cloud services (Azure experience is a bonus). 

  • Proficient in Kubernetes for container orchestration and cluster management. 

  • Experience writing and maintaining Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform. 

  • Solid background in designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, preferably with GitLab CI/CD. 

  • Dynatrace experience (nice to have). 

  • Familiarity with best practices in cloud security, monitoring, and cost optimization. 

  • Scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python) for automation and operational tasks. 

  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. 

  • Excellent documentation skills to support team knowledge sharing. 

  • Commitment to code quality, security, scalability, and performance. 

  • Eagerness to learn and stay current with new technologies, AI research, and cloud engineering trends.
