You’ll serve as the bridge between client stakeholders and our AI delivery team, ensuring alignment on requirements, delivery milestones, and quality expectations. You’ll help translate business goals into actionable plans, track progress, and guide teams through execution to successful deployment.

Key Responsibilities
Lead delivery pods made up of AI Engineers, Solution Architects, and Analysts to deliver projects on time and with high quality.
Partner with client stakeholders to clarify scope, gather requirements, and align priorities.
Translate client objectives into technical deliverables and actionable user stories for the AI development team.
Manage agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog management, and release readiness.
Track milestones, risks, and dependencies, reporting delivery progress to leadership and clients.
Coordinate testing, documentation, and handoff for production deployment.
Promote consistency and efficiency by applying standard delivery frameworks and best practices across engagements.
Preferred Qualifications
4+ years of experience managing software or AI/ML projects, ideally in a consulting or client delivery setting.
Strong knowledge of agile delivery, backlog management, and release coordination.
Ability to communicate effectively with business and technical audiences.
Familiarity with AI solution development lifecycles is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; PMP or Agile certification is a plus.
Flexible living locations across US or Canada, ability to travel as needed.
The estimated base salary for this job is $115,000 - $140,000 USD. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $128,800 - $165,200 USD. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
