Job Overview

Libertex Group is looking for an ASO Specialist, who will be pivotal in enhancing our app's visibility and driving organic growth through strategic optimization. We seek a highly motivated individual with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to research. Your role will involve adhering to our company's guidelines, aligning with brand standards and ensuring compliance with google play and app store guidelines.

What Will You Do?

  • Collaborate with the team to support and contribute to the development and execution of ASO strategies
  • Provide regular insights and recommendations to optimise app visibility and performance
  • Implement and manage stores on a regular basis and be responsible for stores’ reviews & warnings
  • Customise and adapt metadata for local markets to align with regional search trends and user preferences
  • Analyse market trends, competitor performance, app store screens, store assets, and metadata to identify areas for improvement
  • Familiarise yourself with ASO/mobile apps tools and platforms such as AppTweak, Sensor Tower, Appsflyer, or similar tools for tracking and optimising app performance
  • Follow company and brand guidelines meticulously to ensure all ASO efforts align with organisational standards and market requirements
  • Stay updated on app store algorithm changes, new features, and industry best practices to continually enhance ASO strategies and app performance

Requirements

Key Skills Required

  • 3+ years of experience in mobile marketing, with at least 1 year of proven experience in ASO
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • The ability to give and receive feedback and share knowledge effectively
  • Excellent research abilities and a passion for staying updated with the latest ASO trends
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
  • Excellent in handling multiple responsibilities & tasks within tight deadlines
  • Understanding of Apple and Google app store algorithms
  • Understanding of mobile app performance and development specifications
  • Experience working with designers for graphic optimisation
  • Proficiency in English is essential, knowledge of Russian is a plus

Additional Skills Preferred

  • Proficiency or experience in SEO, SMM, SEM, ASA, or other digital marketing channels is highly desirable
  • Experience in a financial company or within the financial niche would be a significant plus
