Role Description

At Arcadis, we are committed to improving quality of life. As an Assistant Project Manager within our Healthcare sector, you will support the delivery of healthcare projects from inception through to completion. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will help manage project scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk, while supporting strong client relationships and successful project outcomes.

Role Accountabilities

  • Support the delivery of healthcare projects and programmes across all project stages.
  • Assist with project planning, reporting, budgeting, risk management, and change control.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to support delivery.
  • Monitor progress against time, cost, quality, and safety objectives.
  • Support project governance activities, including meetings, actions, and reporting.
  • Help manage stakeholder communications and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Promote compliance with health, safety, quality, and sustainability standards.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in a project management or project support role within the built environment or consultancy sector.
  • Healthcare sector experience is desirable.
  • Understanding of project planning, risk, reporting, and stakeholder management.
  • Working towards or holding a relevant professional qualification such as APM, RICS, CIOB, or PRINCE2 is advantageous.
