  • This is a rare opportunity to join a fast-paced team at the heart of transforming our workplace environments and shape how our spaces support colleagues and customers
What you’ll do

As an Assistant Workplace Design Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping engaging office environments and colleague journeys. You’ll need to understand how these apply in real‑world design contexts, as well. We’ll expect you to bring some experience in workplace design, with the confidence to contribute to projects while continuing to build your capabilities across design, delivery and stakeholder engagement.

You’ll also demonstrate:

  • Experience supporting office and workplace design projects, including space planning for hybrid and activity based working environments
  • The ability to deliver cost effective design solutions within defined budgets, balancing creativity with commercial awareness
  • An understanding of colleague journey mapping and user experience principles, with awareness of emerging workplace design trends
  • Experience supporting budget management, cost reporting and financial governance within a project environment
