Job Requirements

  • 1 - 2 years of closing deals as an Account Executive
  • Experience with HR-tech environment OR SaaS selling
  • Proven experience in accurately forecasting and hitting revenue targets
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, hyper-growth start-up working environment
  • Strong work ethic, integrity and desire to succeed
  • Adaptability to new initiatives
  • A self-starter who can work remotely and autonomously
  • Proven hunter who can generate their own quality pipeline from outbound
    activity
  • Understanding and use of MEDDPICC Sales methodology
Nice to have
  • Experience working with Salesforce, Gong, Slack, Clari, LinkedIn Sales Nav,
    Outreach
  • Direct HR Tech selling experience

Job Responsibilities
What will you do?
Working cross-functionally, our AAEs attract and sign exciting new companies to drive the growth of HiBob. They manage the whole sales cycle, from prospecting through to closing. Our small medium business (SMB) segment covers companies up to 200 employees, with a desired average order value of $50k ARR.
  • Prospect, initiate, and nurture business relationships to generate new business opportunities within our UK&I SMB market segment.
  • Prepare and present product demonstrations
  • Perform outbound activities to build revenue pipeline
  • Manage the whole sales cycle, from prospecting through closing
  • Target key decision-makers, determine buying readiness and timelines
  • Capture and manage information/data/metrics in our Salesforce CRM system
  • Attend trade shows, events and conferences
  • Network with Market influencers, Consultants, and Partners
