About the Role 

The Associate Director of Sales (EU) is a sales role focused on converting inbound demand and expanding relationships with mid-tier drone OEM accounts across Europe. In this role, you will manage opportunities through the full sales cycle while developing strong customer relationships and driving consistent revenue growth. 

You will work closely with sales engineering and internal teams to guide customers through technical evaluations, procurement processes, and successful product adoption. This role provides an opportunity to build deeper account ownership over time while supporting the continued growth of Doodle Labs within the European drone ecosystem. 

What You’ll Do 

  • Manage inbound opportunities from drone OEM customers and convert them into revenue
  •  Own and grow mid-tier OEM accounts across the full customer lifecycle 
  • Qualify opportunities and progress deals from initial engagement through purchase order
  •  Partner with Sales Engineering to support technical evaluations, demos, and system integrations
  •  Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and opportunity updates within CRM systems
  •  Manage quoting, follow-up activities, and customer communications throughout the sales process
  •  Build strong working relationships with engineering and procurement teams within customer organizations

• High conversion rates on inbound OEM opportunities 
• Consistent revenue generation from mid-tier drone OEM accounts 
• Clear and reliable pipeline visibility across active opportunities 
• Efficient deal progression from evaluation through purchase order 
• Strong customer satisfaction and repeat engagement across accounts 

Who You Are 

  • Proven B2B hardware sales experience within the drone or unmanned systems industry
  •  Experience selling directly to drone OEM customers
  •  Ability to manage multiple active deals and customer engagements simultaneously
  •  Strong organizational skills with disciplined follow-up and pipeline management 
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills 
  • Familiarity with RF or wireless communications technologies is a plus

Travel Expectations 

This role requires approximately 30% travel for customer meetings, demonstrations, and industry events.
