What You'll Do 
Responsibilities:
  • Initiating a range of background checks through various third-party services and our own internal systems
  • Communicating effectively with companies, educational institutions, and professional bodies across the EMEA region via email and telephone.
  • Processing check results in accordance with client requirements.
  • Collaborating with clients and candidates to resolve any process related issues. 
  • Conduct analysis of candidates’ backgrounds
  • Reviewing case files to ensure high-quality, accurate and efficient service.  
  • Responding to incoming emails, calls, and requests promptly
  • Obtain feedback to maintain quality control
  • Work in a multicultural, team oriented, performance-driven environment
  • Complete mandatory technical and on-the-job training, including GDPR and privacy training. 
  • Operate in accordance with all policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with data protection and privacy legislation.
  • Demonstrating company values and fostering a positive culture.
  • Undertaking other relevant duties within the team
What You May Need to be Successful:
  • Excellent data entry skills with a keen eye for detail and quality, ensuring all process delivery, data compliance and eligibility rules are adhered to
  • Effective prioritisation of conflicting tasks and the ability to manage your own time to reflect team priorities and business requirements
  • PC literate, including full use of Microsoft Office products
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • An individual that takes ownership of problems and uses initiative to proactively identify and resolve customer challenges
  • The desire to learn, grow and embrace change in a technologically advanced environment
  • Supports others and puts people first, working effectively both as an individual and as a wider team member.
  • Behaves consistently with clear personal values that complement those of the organisations culture
  • Action orientated individual, self-motivated and an awareness of the need for urgency
