The position sits within the International R&D Packaging team, based at our factory in Kitt Green, Wigan. You will be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. This position will be reporting into the Packaging Manager whilst also having a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders. Within the role, you will constantly be looking for new and improved packaging solutions for the international market.

Requirements:
- A completed Packaging / engineering / science degree
- Roughly 5 years of experience within packaging development in a complex / matrix organization
- Understanding of food technology and preservation.
- Business fluency in English (written & verbal)

- Strong interpersonal skills: different nationalities, teams, clients
