Proporcionar la adecuada atención a los clientes
Brindar servicio eficiente, rápido y de calidad a los viajeros. Mostrar en todo momento amabilidad, interés, pero sobre todo buena disposición ante los requerimientos e inquietudes de los clientes. Mantener un ambiente agradable y de cordialidad durante toda la atención del servicio.
Manejo de caja registradora
Responsable directo de los cobros efectuados a los clientes por las compras realizadas Hacer cierre completo de caja por turno (efectivo, POS) Entregar el cierre completo al área de contabilidad con los documentos de soporte correspondientes.
Cumplimiento estricto de sistema PEPS
Enivar a tiempo el producto próximo a vencer, siendo a su vez rebajado del sistema Llevar control de producto vencido Exhibir correctamente el producto de acuerdo a la fecha de vencimiento
Velar por la limpieza y orden en su área de trabajo y presentación personal
Velar por la limpieza del kiosko asignado Lavar y secar le equipo (cafetera, electrodomésticos) Revisar constantemente el orden y limpieza de toda el área de trabajo. Cuidar de su aspecto e higiene personal en todo momento. Usar constantemente los accesorios obligatorios exigidos por las buenas prácticas de manufactura. (redecilla, gorra)
Ejecución de otras tareas inherentes a la naturaleza de su trabajo. Apoyar en inventarios mensuales y traslado de producto a cada kiosko.
