Infopulse, part of Tietoevry Create, welcomes talented professionals to join our team as an Atlassian Engineer.

Areas of Responsibility
  • Developing and maintaining parts of the Atlassian-based system

  • Designing system components to align with existing architectural standards and best practices

  • Developing, building, completing unit-tests, and integrating solution components across the Atlassian stack

  • Maintaining and enhancing existing software components, ensuring system stability and performance

  • Developing integrations between Atlassian tools and other company services

Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience supporting and administering Jira Server, Data Center, Cloud and Confluence

  • Deep knowledge of GUI side in Jira (Workflows, Schemes, Fields, Permissions, Roles, User management, app links, indexing etc.) and Confluence (Spaces, Page editor, macro usage, Space structure, Space and page permissions, Content indexing, Page/Space export/import etc.)

  • Experience with Jira Service Management (Customer portal/Permissions/Notifications, Queues, SLAs, Approvals etc.)

  • Solid experience with JQL

  • Solid experience with Automation for Jira (A4J)

  • Experience with any of the Jira scripting tools (ScriptRunner, Power Scripts, JMWE)

  • Experience with Jira and/or Confluence REST API

  • Experience with Assets (Insight) (objects, attributes, schemas, asset fields, AQL, imports etc.)

  • Experience with marketplace apps such as Tempo, Structure, BigPicture, Exalate, Xray, Zephyr, Time to SLA, Comala Workflows, Elements Connect

  • Middle+ Linux administration skills

  • Understanding of Atlassian Data Center environment components

  • Experience in setting up and/or upgrading Jira/Confluence Data Center instances

  • Understanding of database concepts and basic hands-on SQL experience

  • An Upper Intermediate English level, both verbal and written (position requires lots of verbal communication)

Will be an advantage

  • Experience in migrating Jira Data Center to Cloud

  • Some basic experience with the following languages and tools (Java, JavaScript, React, Groovy, bash, HTML, Markdown, Git)
