About the location:

Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor, perched on the spectacular Formentor Peninsula and surrounded by panoramic views of the Mediterranean and the stunning landscape, first opened its doors in August 2024 following an extensive restoration and renovation of the historic property, originally inaugurated in 1929 on a vast private estate. After its successful debut, the resort will reopen to guests in March 2025, reaffirming its status as a unique destination of luxury and elegance on the island.

About the role

The Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor is looking for a bartender to join our team. Applicants should strive for excellence in a fast-paced work environment. He or she should be able to respond to guest needs by providing exceptional knowledge of wine spirits, and mixed drinks as well as information regarding preparation methods. In addition, the main duties to perform are:   

  • Elaborate signature cocktails and taking initiative with being creative in designing the perfect cocktail to meet our guest expectations.  

  • Responsibility for organizing and controlling the operations of the Bar.  

  • Meet all Four Seasons and Health Department food, beverage and safety standards.  

  • Stock, re-stock, and organize the retail items in the bar needed.  

  • Assist with daily inventory and ordering.  

  • Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.    

What you bring

Our ideal bartender has passion for providing the best in class service and can connect with guests by creating experiences, memories and demonstrating the finer touches of luxury service. This position does require an applicant with a flexible schedule, able to work morning and afternoon shifts, weekends, and holidays. The ability to multi-task is required. Previous experience in bartending is also essential.   

 

Must have the legal right to work in Spain and have fluency in English and Spanish.
