Purpose

The Strategic Projects team within SP Energy Networks is embarking on a programme of reinforcement works in excess of £5.4 billion over the next 5 to 10 years. The digitisation and organisation of information from early design stages to commissioning will be key to the successful delivery of projects. The adoption of new technologies such as BIM and common data models will be key to ensuring projects are developed and commissioned efficiently and collaboratively.

This is an exciting opportunity for you to be at the forefront of innovation as BIM Project Manager as you will enable the business to implement BIM technologies and processes for the design and construction of SP Transmission's infrastructure.

Involving Common Data Environment management, you will assist Project Managers to utilise BIM technologies and lead design clash resolution meetings to ensure a single source of information.

Liaising with clients and subcontractors regarding information exchanges and coordination, you will take ownership of the Master/Task Team information delivery plan.

What you’ll bring

Experienced in project delivery, managing delivery of changes across business teams and services, you will be an effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
