Our Supply Chain and Manufacturing team are problem-solvers, sourcing, producing, and delivering our much-loved brands to delight customers around the globe. About the Role 

 

As a Brand Change Improve Project Manager, you will be part of the Brand Change & Innovation Strategy and Pipeline team. In this role, you will work in close partnership with leadership teams to lead, manage and deliver key initiatives that support the BC&I strategy. 

 

Collaborating with the Brand Change & Innovation Leadership Team, category teams, global BC&I teams and Innovation teams, you will develop a strong end-to-end understanding of the project delivery process. You will actively identify and drive ground-breaking improvements in both process and technology. 

 

You will partner with stakeholders across categories and the wider business to develop and embed best practice, ensuring the successful delivery of strategic priorities. These include enabling growth, driving profitability, digitising supply chain and procurement and supporting our Spirit of Progress Society 2030 goals. 

Key responsibilities include: 

  • Leading strategic improvement projects using methodologies such as DMAIC and change management frameworks (e.g. 5 Whys, FT-DMAIC, PDCA) 

  • Managing the delivery of transformation and improvement initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams 

  • Ensuring all improvements are effectively standardised and sustained over time 

  • Building strong relationships and working cross-functionally at all levels to deliver impactful change 

  • Using data and insights to tell a clear and compelling story, bringing stakeholders on the journey 

  • Leveraging performance analytics and internal and external insights to drive continuous improvement 

About You 

You’re a collaborative and forward-thinking professional who enjoys finding opportunities, turning ideas into action and delivering meaningful, lasting change within a business. 

  • Someone who consistently demonstrates leadership by finding opportunities, building cases, and successfully delivering and embedding change   

  • Ability to build effective working relationships with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive organisational effectiveness and improved performance  

  • Experience applying Manufacturing Excellence and change management tools and techniques  

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sophisticated data sets to identify trends, inefficiencies, and cost-saving opportunities  

  • Good financial awareness, with an understanding of key business drivers and budgeting processes  

  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools (such as Power BI and PowerApps), along with relevant systems such as SAP, Planview, or similar platforms  

  • Project management capability, ideally supported by Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification  

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, quality- and customer-focused environment
