The Role:
We’re looking for a Brand Design Lead to help shape the next chapter of Paddle’s brand.
You’ll lead design across our biggest campaigns and launches, translating strategy into bold, crafted creative that elevates how Paddle shows up in the world. From digital experiences and motion to events and product storytelling, you’ll bring creative leadership and deep craft to the heart of a small, high-performing team.
This is a senior individual contributor role for a designer who can move comfortably between concept, direction, and execution — setting the creative standard for others while staying hands-on with the work. You’ll pair exceptional design judgement with motion expertise, helping define how our brand moves, feels, and connects across every touchpoint.
What you'll do:
Lead the creative development of major brand campaigns, launches, and hero moments.
Translate brand and marketing strategy into bold, crafted, and cohesive visual storytelling across channels.
Partner closely with the Head of Creative and Copywriter to concept and execute integrated campaigns.
Define the motion principles, visual rhythm, and system guidelines that bring the brand to life dynamically.
Mentor and inspire internal and external designers, raising the standard for creative quality, motion, and design systems.
Collaborate across Marketing, Product, and People teams to ensure brand consistency and impact.
Push creative boundaries while keeping clarity, scalability, and storytelling at the core.
Experiment with new tools, AI, and automation to drive both craft and efficiency.
We'd love to hear from you if you are:
A conceptual designer with strong campaign experience and motion fluency.
Experienced working on high-impact brand and campaign systems — in-house or agency.
Skilled in Figma, motion tools (After Effects or similar), and comfortable directing creative partners.
Obsessed with craft, clarity, and cohesion — ensuring design scales without losing distinction.
Able to balance creative ambition with operational efficiency.
Collaborative, proactive, and confident presenting to senior stakeholders.
Curious about new creative technologies, AI, and design systems at scale.
Excited to help shape the creative identity of a fast-growing, global brand.
