About us

We’re a fast-growing fintech on a mission to redefine how Latin America manages its finances and this is your opportunity to be a crucial part of that transformation. Join a team of top talent from the world’s leading fintech and tech companies, and help build a cross-border financial system that’s modern, accessible, and built to scale.

Who we’re looking for

We’re seeking a Brand Designer to be responsible for creating visually stunning and high-performing static ads for DolarApp’s all paid channels. Your role is to translate DolarApp’s brand and value propositions into aesthetic, premium-quality designs that attract attention, evoke trust, and convert effectively.

What you’ll do

  • Design 5–10 new concept designs per week for performance campaigns.

  • Adapt visuals to multiple countries (MX, BR, AR, CO) and platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, LinkedIn).

  • Ensure design consistency and quality across all DolarApp use cases:

  • Create ad variations to test performance hypotheses (different CTAs, backgrounds, visuals).

  • Maintain alignment with DolarApp’s visual identity and tone (premium, minimal, global).

  • Work closely with the Performance Marketing and Content teams to test and iterate creatives weekly.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • 3–5+ years of experience in brand or performance design.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing premium design work for digital ads or high-growth startups.

  • Fluent in English. Good to have: Spanish and/or Portuguese.

  • Visual Design Mastery: exceptional sense of composition, color, typography, and hierarchy.

  • Brand Thinking: can balance aesthetics with performance — designs that are beautiful, premium and convert.

  • Performance Design: understands what makes ads perform (clear messaging, visual hooks, A/B testing logic).

  • Tool Proficiency: expert in Figma, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects optional).

  • Autonomy: able to ideate, design, and deliver independently, on tight weekly deadlines.

  • Creative Agility: ability to generate multiple creative variations quickly.

  • Good to have:

    • Motion Design Skills: ability to animate assets for short video or carousel formats.

    • Copywriting Awareness: understands how to visually support ad copy.
