As an Business Activity Monitoring - Project Manager - Associate in the Corporate and Investment Bank at JPMorgan Chase, you will play a crucial role in identifying, improving, and developing monitoring and data solutions that drive our strategic goals. You will learn about high-priority initiatives within the Payments space and collaborate with colleagues throughout the firm. You will work at the intersection of Operations and Technology, you will sharpen your understanding of payment flows, business processes and data analysis, while continuing to develop your leadership, technical, and communication skills.
Job responsibilities

  • Identifies, improves, and develops monitoring and data solutions that drive strategic goals
  • Takes responsibility for high-priority initiatives within the Payments space
  • Collaborates with colleagues and stakeholders throughout the firm from other lines of business
  • Takes responsibility for payment flows, business processes and data analysis
  • Defines the business requirements for development and commercialization of new product capabilities
  • Articulates and documents process flows and business requirements including customer interactions and Operations intervention
  • Partners closely with Product and Technology partners to help define business requirements for new products onboarding to Business Activity Monitoring
  • Collaborates with Tech and UAT teams to determine the testing strategy and ensure thorough testing of all capabilities
  • Takes responsibility for analysis, prioritization and exploring alternative solutions


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong understanding of Payments or at least one business function, as well as a broader understanding of other areas
  • Strong Business Analyst and Project Management skills
  • Proficiency in data/ data visibility and monitoring apps
  • Ability to liaison between lines of business and the development team, while working with a wide range of stakeholders and collaborating with your team

  • Ability to work collaboratively in teams and develop meaningful relationships to achieve common goals
