Main responsibilities
  • Responsible for identifying, analyzing, and documenting the operational needs of a project
  • Ensures the quality of specifications in accordance with the company's frameworks and policies
  • Builds and strengthens relationships with partners and collaborates with them to ensure that the projects they are involved in are on track and achieve their goals
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, IT, and finance
  • Acts as a subject matter expert for the organization in the implementation of end-to-end systems

Requirements
  • BSc in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field
  • MSc will be considered an asset
  • 3-7 years of proven experience in a relevant role
  • Experience in an Energy or Infrastructure field is preferred
  • Excellent command of the English language; both written and oral
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A problem-solving mindset and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
  • Multitasking abilities and a results-driven mindset

Preferred Qualifications & Knowledge

Candidates with the following certifications or technical expertise will be highly regarded:

  • Business Analysis & Project Management: such as CBAP, ECBA, PMP, PRINCE2
  • IT Service & Process Methodologies: ITIL Foundation or Lean Six Sigma
  • ERP & Enterprise Systems: SAP certifications (SAP ECC, S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, SAP FI-CO, SAP Procurement, SAP Ariba), SuccessFactors
  • CRM & Cloud Platforms: Salesforce certifications, Oracle, Azure, ServiceNow
  • Automation & Network: RPA tools, Network certifications
