We are looking for a Business Analyst who'll join our talented BA Team and support us in projects and estimates at Monterail.

What you’ll do: 
  • Requirements Analysis & Specification: Actively gathering, refining, and defining clients' business/functional requirements and creating comprehensive analytical and project documentation.
  • Client Relations: Ongoing contact with clients to identify their needs and support the successful execution of projects.
  • Cross-functional Cooperation: Close collaboration with the development/production teams to ensure consistency and efficiency in project activities. 
  • Support the Sales team: during the pre-sales phase, including initial project scoping, solution conceptualization and proposal Input.
  • Project Governance: Participation in project budgeting, optimizing activities based on data analysis, and striving to achieve the Company's operational goals.

RequirementsWhat you need: 
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software house/IT industry.
  • Fluent command of English (min. B2/C1) in both spoken and written communication.
  • Excellent analytical skills in the scope of gathering, defining, and documenting requirements (business/functional).
  • Practical ability to create estimations and valuations of projects (including analytical work).
  • Ability to analyze data to optimize project activities and support the budgeting process.
  • Experience in direct work with clients and identifying their needs.
  • Ability to effectively cooperate with sales departments and development/production teams.
  • Proactive attitude in identifying risks, needs, and market trends.

Salary:

10 500 - 16 000 net + VAT (B2B Contract)

8 715 - 13 280 gross on an employment contract (UoP)
