As a Business Assistant in the Corporate Investment Bank, EMEA, you will support senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Job Responsibilities:
- Manage diaries proactively, including meetings and conference calls.
- Coordinate travel and entertainment bookings, ensuring compliance with policies.
- Handle internal and external client interactions and scheduling.
- Collaborate with support groups and business management.
- Utilize internal systems for data entry and reporting.
- Oversee distribution lists and technology usage.
- Understand group priorities and business expectations.
- Partner with assistants across lines of business for coverage.
- Engage in projects and training opportunities.
