Are you an expert in Dynamics 365 Business Central and Power Platform, ready to take your consulting skills to the next level? As our Business Central Consultant L3, you will be the go-to person for partners and end-users, guiding them through Business Central projects and delivering solutions that transform their operations. You'll handle core modules, tackle complex challenges, and provide expert advice on integrating third-party apps. Plus, you’ll get the chance to mentor others, influence key decisions, and continuously stretch your expertise.
What You’ll Do:
- Independently deliver Dynamics 365 Business Central projects, from development scoping to training sessions.
- Solve escalated issues, becoming the second line of support for our partners and users.
- Take the lead on unfamiliar Business Central areas, supported by a collaborative team environment.
- Coach partners/end users in business and accounting practices, challenging conventional approaches to maximize value.
- Grow your expertise in Business Central and Power Platform by working on stretch projects and participating in continuous learning opportunities.
How You’ll Know You’re Crushing It:
- Within 90 days: You’ll be mentoring junior consultants, taking the lead on multiple Business Central projects, and confidently resolving escalated issues.
- Within 6 months: You’ll successfully deliver new areas of Business Central, create well-crafted development scopes, and establish yourself as a trusted consultant.
- By the end of the year: You’ll be recognized as an expert in inventory, assembly, and warehouse management within BC, while consistently driving success across projects and coaching your peers.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 3-5 years of experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central across finance, sales, and purchase modules.
- Proficiency with inventory management, assembly, and warehouse operations within BC.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, Power Automate, and their integration into Business Central.
- Proven ability to craft well-thought-out development scopes and manage complex data structures.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar project management platforms.
- Certifications: Microsoft MB800, PL900 required; MB210, PL200 are a bonus!
Compensation:
- Qualified candidates can expect a compensation range between $96,000/yr- $120,000/yr or more depending on experience
