What we’re looking for…

As our Nation Account Manager looking after our Bestway and dual responsibility for our Costco accounts , you’ll take full ownership of a key customer portfolio—driving performance across revenue, market share, and profitability while making every penny of commercial investment count. You’re just as comfortable navigating complex relationships across buying, marketing, supply chain, and eCommerce teams as you are diving into joint business plans and guiding direct reports to success. If you bring strong commercial grit, a collaborative spirit, and a track record of delivering key sales fundamentals, we’d love to hear from you.
Your responsibilities will include...

Channel Strategy 

  • Achieve all agreed Key Performance Indicators by Customer within the agreed annual budget costings (e.g. Invoice Revenue, Customer Contribution, Market Share & Forecast Accuracy)
  • In conjunction with the BDMs/Controllers/Commercial the BDMs will also be responsible for managing and increasing the overall Invoice contribution % through effective sku mix management.
  • Monitor promotional activity to ensure brand strategies are delivered within the account base. Challenging key contacts within the account base to ensure we deliver maximum return on investment of promotional spend based upon analysis and evaluation of sales data.

Customer Management

  • Build, manage and network, at the appropriate level, of key contacts within the account base (Managers / Directors / Regional Marketing Managers) to support the wider BU team and in growing the business and developing customer relationships which deliver overall company objectives.

In-store Execution

  • Responsible for targeting (via agreed KPIs) and communicating with the field sales force to ensure excellence in-store execution is delivered in line with AG Barr expectations.
  • Responsible for creating relevant support material for field sales team ie Visual Aids/Sales stories  - and ensuring that they are delivered on time in order to facilitate monthly meetings and planning cycles.
  • Increase visibility and display effectiveness in order to raise the profile and importance of AG Barr products creating “Best in class” through accompaniment and motivating Field sales force.

What you’ll bring...

Commercial Experience: Proven track record in FMCG account management (including head office exposure), with demonstrated control over P&L, sales activations, and promotional investments.

Education: Business-related degree or equivalent practical commercial experience.

Strategic Execution: Capability to develop, evaluate, and execute dynamic rolling activity plans and commercial activations.

Stakeholder & Influence: High-level communication and negotiation skills, capable of influencing external buyers and internal cross-functional teams (Marketing, Supply Chain, eCommerce).

Leadership: People management experience is desirable; strong coaching and collaborative leadership skills are essential.
